She spent the last five years before her untimely death producing a collection of paintings inspired by Russia. These paintings perfectly depict her unique style and extraordinary imagination.

Inspiration sneaks into one’s heart quietly and unexpectedly, and long before it begins to seek its expression on a blank canvas, it dwells inside us for quite a while, until one spark flares up what’s been so cherished within and brings it all out into the light of day.

The source of such inspiration is found in depth of emotions of great appreciation and love for the mighty, wonderous land of the immense, breath-taking beauty. It’s not easy to describe that which nourishes one’s soul so much.
